Box Plot Builder
Five-number summary, Tukey hinges, IQR fences, and outlier flagging — drawn as a box plot.
Quartiles use Tukey’s hinges (median included in both halves when n is odd). Outliers: beyond Q1 − 1.5·IQR or Q3 + 1.5·IQR.

③ Why it works
A box plot compresses a distribution into five numbers: the box spans the middle 50% (Q1 to Q3) with the median marked, and the whiskers reach the most extreme non-outlier points. Points beyond 1.5·IQR from the box are plotted individually as outliers — the 1.5 factor is a convention that flags roughly 0.7% of normal data.
